We use your email address only to send you our newsletter, until you unsubscribe.

We only use your personal information when legally we can do so. When you register for our newsletter, it is in our legitimate interest to use your email address for that purpose.

We do not collect any personal information when you use our website, unless you register for our newsletter. We only use cookies that are necessary to operate the website. We do not use third-party cookies.
Engaging with Homeoptions
As homeowner, if you engage with us we will provide you with a separate privacy statement at that time.
Enquiries and business relationships
We will use information you provide as part of our contact with you, or in subsequent related communications, only for the purposes of:
- contacting you in connection with the services you have asked about or we are providing;
- providing you with information about Homeoptions’ services; and
- responding to, progressing, and managing your enquiries and requests.
Your personal information is processed in this way, either:
- to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you; and/or
- for our legitimate interests, being our interests in conducting and managing our services.
You can object at any time to our processing of your personal information for these purposes by writing to us or emailing us at info@homeoptions.ie. However, we may not then be able to deal with you further.
Who else gets your personal information?
We may provide your information to third parties who provide services to us, such as:
- the Quaretch Group
- information technology and information services providers;
- professional advisers (like our law firm).
These third parties can only use the personal information we share to provide their services to us.
Your personal information is not transferred outside the European Union.
How long we keep your information
We will keep your information for no longer than six years after our relationship with you has ended. Where we no longer have a need for your personal information, it will be deleted.
Your rights
Accessing, deleting and rectifying your personal information
You have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- require us to delete it; or
- rectify any personal information we hold that is incorrect.
If you want to exercise these rights, please let us know (preferably in writing to info@homeoptions.ie). You will need to provide information to verify and complete your request. We will complete your request within thirty days.
Objecting to processing
Where we process your personal information for purposes we consider to be in our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. You may exercise this right by writing by emailing info@homeoptions.ie. If you do object, this may affect our ability to deal with you.
Lodging a complaint
You can at any time complain about our processing of your personal information with your local data protection authority:
