February 2025 extracts from Newsletter:
If you registered in 2024 and have NOT received a sign up request, you still may be eligible. We just need additional information. Please complete the questionnaire at https://misselling.ie/register-today/. This registration process allows you to tell us what you think is wrong. We do have options for everyone, including those who may already have a possession order granted on their home.
For those in the Court Process or threatened with legal action: if you registered in 2024, you should have received an email by now requesting your documents to start the complaint process OR asking further questions. If you are in this situation, please contact us at info@misselling.ie with your phone number and suitable times and one of our agents will call and discuss your options.
For those NOT in Legal Proceedings but in Arrears: If you want to explore your options please contact us at info@misselling.ie to arrange a call with one of our agents.
If your loan was NOT sold to a Vulture Fund OR sold to another Irish bank: We need additional information. Please register your loan details at https://misselling.ie/register-today/ where you will be given an opportunity to tell us what you think your case is. Please note, we investigate the mis-sale at the start when you applied for funding. Subsequently, you may have made all the payments demanded and still have a mis-sold loan case, and be due compensation.
If you are up to date with your payments but struggling with the high interest rates that the Vulture Funds are charging AND/OR a substantial part of your mortgage is due for repayment sometime in the future, we do have options for you. It’s important to plan ahead. Please drop us a line at info@misselling.ie and we will arrange a call. Please include your contact number and suitable times for you to receive that call.
If you have an Interest Only loan coming to the end of its term in the near future or has expired already, please talk to us before you consider selling or downsizing.
February 2025: All applicants should have heard from us by 31st January 2025. If not or you are struggling in any way, please email us at info@misselling.ie and we will have an agent contact you. Please supply your contact number and suitable times in the day to call.
31st January 2025: You should received our monthly newsletter
January 2025: Most clients should have received an email to onboard them as clients. This required the basic ID’s and letter of authority so we can progress claims to the next level. Other applicants will have received further questions on their application.
10th December 2024: We issued our inaugural Newsletter to all registered clients. If you did not receive one, please check your “Junk” or email us at info@misselling.ie for a copy.
26th November 2024: Customers whose mortgages are owned by a Vulture Fund and who provided us with sufficient information will have received details of our Legal Protect offering. If you have not received such an email, please return to “Join the Claim” website to complete your registration details.
14th November 2024: We are 14 days into the campaign and now have close to 1,000 people having their mortgage reviewed for mis-selling. Given the levels of interest we are doing our best to get back to everyone within 6 weeks of their registration; please bear with us.
